Institution issuing the invitation: Klassik Stiftung Weimar
With the Bauhaus Fellowships, the Klassik Stiftung Weimar supports outstanding creative projects in the fields of art, media, design, literature, curatorial practice and cultural mediation. Several fellowships with a funding period of two to four months are awarded each year: to artists and cultural workers, students and graduates from all over the world.
Thematic openness and publicity: We want to give free rein to diversity and creativity, but we would like projects that have a closer or broader connection to Weimar and the present. The funded project should be visible to the public, for example in the form of an exhibition, showcase, event or intervention. In addition, it should have a broad external impact through the media channels of the Klassik Stiftung Weimar.
The fellowship includes a grant of 1,500 euros per month and free accommodation in the “Villa Silberblick”, the former Nietzsche archive.
