Scuola Piccola Zattere: Fellowship for Artists and Cultural Practitioners (Italy) Deadline: 9 July 2025

Scuola Piccola Zattere welcomes applications for the selection of one participant to the thematic-based fellowship programme, which will take place during the first season of activity, titled ‘One Year Score’. The purpose of the open call is to select one fellow who will be able to carry out their artistic and/or research activities, for three months, from 22 September to 22 December 2025, at Scuola Piccola Zattere in Venice, Italy.

The international fellowship is an opportunity designed specifically for artists and cultural practitioners, including curators, researchers, architects, choreographers, performers and writers, working outside the territory of Venice, both in Italy and abroad. It is an opportunity to focus on one’s research and ongoing projects, while coming into contact with the artistic community of the Scuola, and experiencing the rich cultural offerings of the city of Venice.

Applications from duos and collectives are welcome, although the grant amount and accommodation remain the same. Applications from any nationality are admitted.
